Survey Form for CAN Directory entries

Within the framework of CBR practice, interaction amongst the stake holders involved in CBR is encouraged in order to foster sharing of information as well as practical experiences which will advance better CBR practices hence improving the quality of rehabilitation services and promoting human rights of persons with disability in Africa.

To that end CAN carries out a survey of CBR initiatives in Africa which it compiles into a directory. (Click here to be part of the survey)
